Learning through play
Play-Based Learning
Learning through play, in a natural and engaging way.
What this involves
Play is how young children learn best, so many of our sessions look like play. A therapist follows your child’s lead — the toys, games and activities they already enjoy — and builds learning opportunities into them.
Skills taught this way tend to carry over more readily into everyday life, because they were learned in a setting that felt natural rather than clinical. Goals, data and supervision are the same as in any other part of the program.
